The goal at NWÄR STUDIOS is to make all guests feel relaxed, comfortable and accepted.
In order to ensure all services are performed at the highest quality, the studio holds all guests to the following policies:
LATE POLICY
We ask that all clients arrive at no more than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled start time. If you are late we will still see you however, your appointment won’t be prorated in charge nor will it be extended in time.
If you are more than nine (9) minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be marked as a NO SHOW and be charged for the full amount (100%) of services booked. NO EXCEPTIONS (see fee chart below).
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that the unforeseen may happen, however we still need notice at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a booked appointment without charge. NO EXCEPTIONS (see fee chart below).
NO SHOWS
Same day cancellations or failure to show for a booked appointment will result in full charge (100%) for services booked. Any promotions, discounts, deals, or coupons will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS (see fee chart below).
RESCHEDULING
If you are unable to make your reservation, please reschedule your appointment in the booking portal of the website or from your email confirmation at least 24 hours from the appointment time to avoid the same day cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS (see fee chart below).
RESERVATIONS
All services are by appointment only, walk-ins are not available at this time.
All appointments must be booked online by the client.
All appointments must be held by valid debit/credit card. There is no charge at the time of booking. Any discounts, promotions or coupons will be applied at checkout when services are rendered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SERVICES
No couples, groups, or anyone under the age of 18 are permitted for service. Guests and children will not be allowed to wait in the studio. No one under the age of 18 is permitted for service without parental consent.
By booking any service with NWÄR STUDIOS, INC. you agree to our policies and that you understand and accept the risks involved with the service and that any complications or side effects from known or unknown causes may occur. NO EXCEPTIONS.
TIPS AND REVIEWS
Cash and debit/credit card tips are not required but greatly appreciated. Not sure what’s the standard rate for gratuity? You can never go wrong with 15%-25%!
Didn’t budget for the cost of the tip? No worries, online reviews are super helpful for both the studio and the future clients. Let us know how we did!
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we will do our best to rectify the issue and correct it free of charge!

All subscription plans and benefits are held to the studio’s policies and rules.
To cancel, freeze, or upgrade your subscription plan, please send us an email to hello@nwarstudiosinc.com three (3) days prior to your billing date for timely processing.

STUDIO RIGHTS
Although we gladly accept clients of all human kinds, NWÄR STUDIOS, INC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
