OUR HIRING PROCESS:

  1. Submit your employment application online.
  2. Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2-5 business days to schedule a formal phone interview (10-15 mins).
  3. After the phone interview, qualified candidates will be sent an invitation for an in-person interview within 1-3 business days.
  4. In-person interviews will be held at the worksite location as a formal meet and greet (30 mins) and will require a skills test (30 mins).
  5. Selected candidates will be sent a formal letter of employment offer via email within 1-2 business days.
  6. Selected candidates MUST respond by the expiration date to be hired for the open position. Failure to respond within that time will forfeit the letter of employement offer and your candidacy for the position.
